Byron Ochoa-Rodas

Byron O. Ochoa Rodas, de 42 años, de Berryville, Arkansas, falleció el 28 de febrero de 2024 en Springfield, Missouri. Nació el 7 de julio de 1981, hijo de Santiago Ochoa López y Mirtala Rodas de Ochoa.

Byron tuvo muchos logros en la vida. Sobre todo, amaba a Dios y a su familia. Estaba bautizado y se había graduado de la Institución Bíblica.
Era una persona muy amigable. Siempre estaba generando conversaciones con todos. Le encantaba ayudar a los demás. Nunca dijo “No” cuando la gente le pedía ayuda, incluso cuando tenía muchas cosas personales que hacer. Le encantaba organizar comidas al aire libre con su familia y amigos y hacerlos reír. Si bien nos dejó demasiado pronto, el impacto que tuvo en la gente se sentirá en los años venideros.

A Byron le sobreviven su esposa Nory de Ochoa y sus 2 hijos Dairy Ochoa y Santiago Ochoa. También le sobreviven su madre Mirtala Rodas de Ochoa y sus hermanos Alexander Ochoa, Gliedy Ochoa y Yener Ochoa.

El velorio de Byron será a las 10 a.m. del sábado 9 de marzo de 2024 en la Iglesia Centro Cristiano Hispano en Berryville. El funeral será de 11 a. m. a 1 p. m. en la iglesia. El entierro será en Guatemala en una fecha posterior. Se pueden dar el pésame en línea en www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.

Byron O. Ochoa Rodas, age 42, of Berryville, Arkansas, passed away on February 28, 2024, in Springfield, Missouri. He was born July 7, 1981, the son of Santiago Ochoa Lopez and Mirtala Rodas de Ochoa.

Byron had many achievements in life. Most of all, he loved God and his family. He was baptized and had graduated from the Bible Institution. 
He was a very friendly person. He was always sparking conversations with everyone. He loved helping others. He never said, “No,” when people asked him for help, even when he had many personal things to do. He loved hosting cookouts with his family and friends and making them laugh. While he left us way too soon, the impact he had on people will be felt for years to come.

Byron is survived by his wife Nory de Ochoa and his 2 children Dairy Ochoa and Santiago Ochoa. He is also survived by his mother Mirtala Rodas de Ochoa and his siblings Alexander Ochoa, Gliedy Ochoa, and Yener Ochoa.

Visitation for Byron will be at 10 AM, Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Centro Christiano Hispano Church in Berryville. Funeral service will be from 11 AM – 1 PM at the church. Burial will be in Guatemala at a later date. Online condolences can be made at www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
