Patty Compton

Patricia (Patty) Compton, age 62, of Green Forest, AR passed away Wednesday, December 26, 2018. She was born March 10, 1956 in Erie, PA daughter of Ray and Evelyn (Riley) Fry. On January 24, 1977 she was united in marriage with Kenny Compton.

Patty was a homemaker and a wonderful wife and mother, always caring for her family first: she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Patty enjoyed working in her yard, gardening and attending the Green Forest Cowboy Church.

She is survived by her husband Kenny Compton, daughter, Elesha Compton of Oak Grove, sons, KR Compton and Tracy of Green Forest, Chip Blalack who Patty and Kenny raised, grandchildren, Brett, Drew, Josie Siebert, Amber, Coy, Chris and Cody Compton, great-grandchildren, Niah and Dax Siebert, step-great-grandchildren, Anthony and Natalie Lemus, sister, Janet Reagan and husband Larry of Blue Eye, brothers, Johnny Fry, Ray Fry and Bill Reigelman.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Don Reigelman, Sonny Fry and one sister, Gloria Baughman.

Celebration Of Life will be 1:00 PM Monday, December 31, 2018 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest with Pastor Billy Williams and Pastor Jim Goins officiating. Interment will follow at New Home Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-6 PM Sunday afternoon at Smith Family Funeral Home.

Patty Compton memorial fund has been established at Equity Bank.
