Ana Ixcoteyac Obituary
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Ana Ixcoteyac, who passed away on May 21, 2026, in Green Forest. She was born in Guatemala on August 7, 1985. She was a woman of faith, love, and kindness, and she gave her family a love that will stay with them forever.
She shared a loving marriage with her husband, Bori O Ajtun. One of the things he will always remember is the quiet moments they shared outside together drinking coffee, talking about life, or simply sitting together. Those simple moments meant everything.
She was a loving mother to her three children, Shally Ajtun, Pablo Ajtun, and Bori Ajtun, who were truly her whole world. Some of the best memories she leaves behind are of her watching them fish, waiting for them to come running back excited to show her what they caught. The way she looked at them made them feel proud no matter what.
She had a way of making a home feel warm the second you walked in. At Christmas, she decorated everything with so much love and care that the whole house felt full of life. She loved simple things like red roses, sweet desserts, and hearing her family laugh. Seeing the people around her happy made her happiest.
She also had a special love for her pets, who brought her comfort and happiness every day. She had two dogs, Jacob and Mocha, and three cats, Luna, Tambo, and Panther, who were part of the family and always close to her heart.
She was very close to her mother, Mirna Elizabeth Enríquez Ávila, and her brothers, Ismael Antonio Ixcoteyac Ávila and Miguel Ricardo Ixcoteyac Ávila, who meant so much to her and were always in her heart.
She was strong, but gentle at the same time. Being around her made people feel safe, loved, and cared for. She gave so much of herself to her family, never holding back and always putting them first.
It’s hard to put into words how much she will be missed. Everything feels a little quieter now, a little emptier, but her love is still here. You can feel it in the memories, in the stories, and in the lives she touched every single day.
She will always be loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
Love you forever, Mom.
