Ashley McCool

Ashley McCool, age 39, of West Fork, AR passed away Thursday evening September 7th, 2023. She was born September 14th, 1983, in Eureka Springs, AR, the daughter of Debra and Randall Holliman.

By June 2005, Ashley was a mother of three. Devoting her time, love and care to the children that were her world now. As time went by Ashley spent every second she could holding her children close as they grew up. Working hard to be the best mother she could be. Along her years of life Ashley made many friends she cherished with everything she had. On May 22nd, 2020, she met the person who would hold her up past her heartaches and give her three other children to cherish. Kevin Cook, and his children gave her four more reasons to see the joy in the world. Ashley also ‘adopted’ many of her children’s friends, becoming a second mother to many kids. Her heart was open to anyone and everyone, it was a second nature to become “Mom” to any child who walked through her doors. She spent time crocheting with her family’s conversations surrounding her or reading books she loved to talk about. Ashley’s favorite pastime was playing games with her family, and cherishing the seconds where love knew no bounds. Family was everything to her.

She is survived by her grandmother Pauline Cox, brother Randy Holliman as well as wife Nancy of San Antonio, TX, significant-other Kevin Cook of West Fork, AR, sons Kobe Brecheen, Jordan Brecheen, and Xander Cook, as well as daughters Rainey Brecheen, Keyera Cook, and Serenity Cook. She is also survived by nieces, Valery and Alejandra Holliman-Pecina, and nephew Angel Holliman-Pencia, and grandson Axel Cook.

Ashley was preceded in death by her parents, Debra and Randall Holliman.
