Brian Landin

Brian Loyd Francis Landin, age 64, of Green Forest, passed away on Saturday, March 15, 2025. He was born March 10, 1960. He married Trissia Koone on October 19, 2002.

Brian enjoyed the simple things of life. He enjoyed collections of swords and guns, and he enjoyed hunting. He loved country music, especially old country, and he loved to sing. But dear to his heart was the Bible, something very precious to him, and he could quote a lot of Scripture. He worked many years at Tyson Foods, most recent as a forklift driver.

Brian is survived by his wife of the home, Trissia Landin, daughter Amanda Foster and her husband Gary, daughter Kimberly Bohannon, son Shawn Landin, and son Cody Landin, 3 grandchildren, 1 brother Carl Cain, Jr., and 1 sister Rose Marie Elizabeth Skonberg and her husband Mark. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lois Cain, son Michael McCoy, brother Rodney Cain, and sister Tracy Kennedy.

Celebration of Life service for Brian will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at Smith Family Funeral Home with Rev. Davis Maybee officiating. Interment will be 2:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Rupert, AR. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at the funeral home.
