Carolyn White, of Green Forest, AR went to her heavenly home on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the age of 78. She was born January 22, 1945, in Carthage, MS to Leon and Evelyn Floyd Adams.

On July 3, 1965, she married the love of her life, Lee White. Together, they raised 1 daughter, Leah Motzko. She enjoyed cooking, crafts and traveling, and she loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her husband of the home, Lee White, daughter Leah Motzko and her husband Greg of Berryville, and granddaughters Savannah Motzko of Little Rock and Micaela Motzko-Hutchcroft and her husband Austin of Tulsa, OK. Also surviving are 3 brothers, Dennis Adams and wife Hilda of Carthage, MS, Randy Adams and wife Carolyn of Columbia, MS, and Kevin Adams and wife Debbie of Tupelo, MS, and many nieces and nephews and extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Winfred Adams and sister Paulette Adams.

Celebration of Life service for Carolyn will be held Saturday, July 22 at 12:00 PM at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest with Missionary Rev. Randy Adams officiating.
