Dane Alan Harrison

Dane Alan Harrison of Green Forest, AR. was born August 9 , 1954 son of John Benjamin Harrison and Helen Kinney Simon. He departed this life on September 1, 2009 at the age of 55. Dane was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. In January 1997 he married Okcha Dillwith and moved to Green Forest. He was employed at Tysons in Green Forest for 12 years where he was supervisor over maintenance department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, canoeing, hang-gliding, and cooking. Dane was a talented guitar player and singer and enjoyed life to its fullest. He is survived by his wife Okcha Dillwith of the home, daughter Rikissa Harrison and husband David Tedder of Longview, Washington, step-son Brian Dillwith of San Diego, California, mother Helen Kinney Simon of Wichita, Kansas, sister Julie Harrison Whitaker and husband Ray of Kansas City Missouri, nephew Joshua Whitaker and niece Lauren Whitaker both of Kansas City Missouri, step-sisters Carolyn Tate and Margie Cicala, step-brothers Bob and Bill Simon and numerous other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father John Benjamin Harrison. Celebration Of Life Services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest.
