Deborah Sue “Debbie” Braswell, age 66, of Green Forest, AR passed away in her home, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, December 28, 2021. She was born September 1, 1955, in West Plains, MO, daughter of Dailey and Elsie (Billups) England.
Debbie worked as a Registered Nurse for several years after receiving her degree. She worked at Kerusso as well as Ducommun in Berryville, where she worked for as long as she was able.
On July 18, 2018, she was united in marriage with Mike Braswell. Debbie enjoyed helping anyone in need. She served in the kitchen at Higher Ground Ministry and Church On The Hill, where she faithfully attended. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, baking and board games. But most of all she loved her family and lived to spoil her grandchildren.
Debbie is survived by her husband Mike Braswell of the home, children, Shawn Holland and wife Lori Holland of Rudd, Stephine Maestas and husband Elijah of Green Forest, grandchildren, Kaley and Zach Steel, Jeffrey and Lilly Holland, Avry Holland, Lexus Miles, Sierra Holland, Marty Holland, Devin Miller, great-grandchildren, Byntlee Wayne Miles, Emmaleigh Elizabeth Lavaughn Coates, Axel Jameson Jack Steel (arriving in April), brother, Ty Lively and wife Jacquelyn, sisters, Phyllis Snow and husband Daniel, Sandy Arcand and husband Mike, Shari Mae Lively and a number of nieces, nephews and family. She is also survived by stepchildren and grandchildren, Christina Renee Long and husband Doug, Jessica Leigh Buckhout and husband Trevor, Blake Anthony Braswell, Katie Grace and Jerry Lee Buckhout, James Matthew Braswell and wife Kimberly and Alexis Dawn Braswell.
She is preceded in death by her late husband Martin Bean, son Shannon Wayne Holland and her parents, John and Elsie Lively.
Celebration Of Life will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Church On The Hill in Berryville with Pastor Keith Butler officiating. Interment will follow at Gobbler Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Tuesday, January 4, 2022, at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest.
