Donald Leroy Randolph passed away Sunday, August 3, 2025, at his home on Crystal Mountain just south of Berryville, Arkansas, at the age of 76.
Don was born July 11, 1949, in Berryville, Arkansas, to Roy and Della (Swofford) Randolph. He was the youngest of five children and the only son. Don grew up on the family farm in Stone County, Missouri and graduated from Blue Eye High School in 1967. For most of his life he worked as a highly sought after and well-respected drywall contractor.
On March 5, 1971, Don was married to Alexandria Kay (Shoumake) Randolph. They were married forty-four years until her death in 2015. Together they raised two children, Jennifer Dawn and Jeremy Lee.
On November 1, 2017, Don met his fiancée, Martha Corwin. They spent almost eight years as best friends and life partners on their beloved Crystal Mountain.
Don was an avid outdoorsman that enjoyed working his land, hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with friends and family. He was a master of sarcastic humor and wit, living life on his own terms and never doing anything halfway. He loved God and found peace in nature.
Don is survived by his fiancée, Martha Corwin of Berryville; his daughter, Jennifer Mosier (Ray) of Green Forest; his son, Jeremy Randolph (Jennifer) of Green Forest; two sons, Barry Don and Bevon Randolph; six grandchildren, Alexandria Avery (Andrew), Owen Cisco, Dalton Randolph, McKensey Randolph, Braxton Randolph, and Eden Randolph; sister, Shirley Arndt (Gary); special nephew, Michael Richey; bonus daughter and grandsons, Jennifer, Wesley, and Wyatt Baker; along with many other friends and family.
Don was preceded in death by his wife, Kay; parents Roy and Della Randolph; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Estilee Scroggs (Stelvin), Wanda Jones (Sam), and June Richey (Jim).
Even though it was Don’s time to go, we find comfort knowing he has already found the best tree stand and fishing holes in Heaven. Until we meet again may his aim always be true.
Celebration of life services for Don will from 7-9 PM, Friday, September 5, 2025, at the Blue Eye Lions Club Community Building. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest. Online condolences can be made at smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
