Dwane Usrey

Frank Dwane Usrey, born August 9, 1941 in Osage, Arkansas, died with his family surrounding him at his home in Carrollton, Arkansas on August 19, 2020 at the age of 79. 

He is survived by his wife of 60 years Edna (Hill) Usrey of Carrollton, Arkansas, son Mitchel Usrey of Carrollton, Arkansas, daughter Angela Usrey and son-in-law George Caudle of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, his sister, Fern (Usrey) Smith, and brother, Lonnie Usrey, both of Carrollton, Arkansas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie O. Usrey of Osage, Arkansas and Lillian (Smith) Usrey of Carrollton, Arkansas, brothers Melvin Usrey and Gary Richard Usrey both of Berryville, Arkansas, grandchildren Hannah Marie Usrey of Chickamauga, Georgia, Lillian and Louisa Usrey-Caudle and Henry Usrey-Caudle of Lookout Mountain, Georgia. 

A truly great but humble man whose wisdom and gentle guidance will be missed by all who knew him. A celebration of his life will take place at a later time. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the nonprofit of your choice in your own community.
