Georgia Walker

Georgia Ann Walker, age 71, of Berryville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020.  She was born in Carthage, MO on January 31, 1949 to Keith and Lajaunta (Holman) Howeton.

Georgia graduated from Berryville High School where she loved cheerleading, sports and spending time with friends. On October 15, 1966 she married the love of her life, Jimmy Walker. She worked at a number of jobs including Tyson Foods in Berryville and Green Forest. Among her greatest joys was traveling with Jimmy on Pipeline where they lived in many different parts of the United States. While living in the western States, they loved camping, hunting and fishing. Georgia also enjoyed being a restaurant hostess, painting, crafts and visiting with family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Myrtle Lajaunta Colvin of Berryville, sisters-in-law, Freda Jobe and husband Earl of Berryville, Frances Koester of Dieterich, IL, Judy Smith and husband Dennis of Elgin, OR and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Walker, her father Keith Howerton and her mother and father in law, Daisy and Jewel Walker.

Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM, Friday, October 23, 2020 at Yocum Cemetery in Green Forest.
