Jeremiah Montgomery Holden Wagner, age 17, of Green Forest, AR passed away Friday, July 27, 2018. He was born May 25, 2001 in Berryville, AR son of Joseph Wagner and Tina (Henson) Smith.

He is survived by his mother Tina Smith of Green Forest, father, Joseph Wagner and two brothers, Phillip Daniel Holden of Green Forest and Holden Revord of Californina.

Memorial Service is pending.
