Jimmy Lee Jetton of Berryville, Arkansas was born July 29, 1954, in Eureka Springs. Jimmy passed away April 25, 2025, in Bentonville at the age of 70 with his wife by his side.
He was a loving husband, Daddy, and Papa. Jimmy was a hard worker, always talked about not having much, but his family always had what they needed. He started working at the age of 16 for Blondie Clark at Clark’s Super Market in Eureka Springs and later worked for many years at Harts Family Super Market before relocating to Gentry, Arkansas where he and his family owned a Chicken Farm until moving back to Eureka Springs. Jimmy then joined the Carroll County Road Department where he operated heavy machinery and graded roads for 30 plus years until retirement. When he wasn’t working, he loved fishing, hauling and delivering gravel with his dump truck, and spending time with his family.
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Carol Jetton of the home; sons Greg (Esther) Foster of Washburn Mo, Brad (Mindy) Gilley, Daughters Delinda (Jared) Blevins, and Cindy Allen all of Berryville; Brother Randy (Dee) Jetton of Berryville and Sister Isabell (Brent) Harris of Fayetteville; 10 Grand Children, 18 Great Grand Children, and 22 Great Great Grand Children.
He is preceded in death by his Father; William Wesley Jetton, Mother Dorothy Faye Hawkins Masters, Son, Kevin Gilley, Granddaughter, Brittany Allen, three Brothers, Robert, Wayne, and Dale Jetton, one Sister Jane Jetton Scallorn.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm till 7:00 pm, Tuesday, April 29, 2025, and Funeral Service will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest with Pastor James Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
