Obituary
Jose Guadalupe Garcia-Perez, age 68 of Green Forest, passed away on Friday, April 14, 2023, at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. He was born March 7, 1955, in Salvatierra, Guanajuato, Mexico to Enrique and Conception Garcia.
Guadalupe enjoyed working in the yard, staying busy and spending time with his family. He retired from Tyson’s where he worked for many years. He was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Berryville. His faith was a very important part of his life.
He is survived by his wife Maria of the home, 2 sons, Jose Garcia and Eduardo Garcia both of Green Forest, and daughter Alexandra Garcia also of Green Forest. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for Guadalupe will be Tuesday, April 18 from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Berryville. Celebration of Life and Mass services will follow at 12:00 PM with Father Joseph Archibong presiding over the services. Interment will be at Berryville Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest. Online condolences can be made at smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
