Keith Parton

Keith Wayne Parton, 54, of Blue Eye, MO departed this life Thursday, August 5, 2021.  He was born January 14, 1967 in Twin Falls, Idaho, son of Wayne and Betty (Nelson) Parton.

Keith grew up working along side his dad, Wayne, who taught him everything he knew about operating a dozer.  For over 30 years he worked as a finish dozer operator for multiple companies both at home, northwest Arkansas and all over the country.  He was always being sought after by new companies who wanted him to work for them.  Keith was currently employed for Wanzek Construction Company.  In his younger years he enjoyed drag racing, hunting and fishing.  In later years, he liked watching drag races and was a member of State Line Cruisers.  Keith was known as a family man, a hard worker, a kind and loving man, and he was always a God- fearing man.

He is survived by his wife Jennifer (Maddox) Parton, mother Betty Parton, son Jesse Parton (Kayci Hill), daughter Abby, daughter Casey Trost, sisters, Patty Horn (Lavelt), Donna Gardner, Sheila Dixson (Alan), grandchildren, Shayleigh, Bayleigh, Hazel, Caleb, Triston, Liberty Johnson and a host of extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his dad Wayne Parton, and his grandparents, Jess and Rosie Parton and Ira and Hazel Nelson.

Visitation will be 5-7 PM, Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest. Graveside service will be 11:30 AM Wednesday, August 11, at Blue Eye Cemetery.  Pastor Kris Villines will officiate with interment following.
