Linda’s family tree includes oilfield roughnecks, Texas Rangers, doctors, and many veterans. She was very proud of her family and family history, and she loved to tell you about it. She was preceded in death by her parents, all her siblings, 1 granddaughter, and 1 grandson-in-law.
She married Charlie Bailey on December 18th, 1962, and raised their children Steven Bailey and wife Treasha of Alpena, AR, Lucy Youngblood and husband Jeremy of Alpena, AR, Michael Bailey and wife Shar of West Columbia, TX, and Carol Bailey of Harrison, AR.
On August 13th, 2011, Linda was wed to Kenneth Booth of Alpena, AR, who lovingly survives her and will miss her dearly. She added Tammy Raney and husband Scott of Harrison, AR, to her family through Kenneth.
Linda is survived by all her children, 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, countless cousins, family, and friends.
Linda was a faithful Christian who loved attending church, listening to gospel music, and spoke of the joy waiting for her in heaven. She attended various churches throughout her life, but often spoke of her favorite church, The Christian Center in West Columbia, TX.
Linda had a huge heart and never hesitated to pray for you and shower you with love. Her testimony of faith has touched many and will continue to for many years to come. She will be greatly missed.
