Rebekah May

Rebekah Faith May of Harrison, AR, age 42, passed away January 7, 2024. She was born October 16, 1981, in The Dalles, OR to Elaine Renee Snyder and Kenneth May. Rebekah married Nicolas Miranda on February 10, 2008.

Rebekah was larger than life, loud and boisterous, and full of fun. She enjoyed life to the fullest. But most of all, she dearly loved her family, especially her 3 sons, Ethan, Kenneth, and Beau. She also loved dragonflies.

She is survived by her children Ethan May of Harrison, AR, Kenneth Martin of Greely, CO, and Beau Martin of Greely, CO, her mother Elaine Snyder of Alpena, sister Vanessa Jetton of Alpena, brother Jason May of Alpena, brother Tristan Church of Harrison, stepbrother Derek Snyder of Hessmer, LA, and stepsister Sara Ponthier of Central, LA. Also surviving are 3 nieces, Xandra Arnold of Harrison, Rhonnie Jetton of Alpena, and Bayleigh Jetton of Alpena, and 2 nephews, Jayden May of Pineville, LA, and Nicholas May of Marksfield, LA.

She was preceded in death by her father Kenneth May, her stepfather Clyde Snyder, her grandfather Lester LaFollete, and nephew Zerek Jetton.

Celebration of life service for Rebekah will be held Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Osage Baptist Church. Online condolences can be made at www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
