Ernest “Ron” Guinn, age 78 of Berryville, passed away on Wednesday, April 30, 2025. He was born July 15, 1946, in Santa Ana, CA, to Wesley and Mary “Galloway” Guinn.
Ron and his family eventually relocated Green Forest, AR, where he worked in construction as a carpenter. Throughout his career he would travel back to California for various construction jobs, but the Ozarks were his home. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, and woodworking. He was generous and he enjoyed giving to help people in their time of need. Ron will be missed by his family and friends.
Ron is survived by his son Eric Guinn, daughters Sondra Williams and Robin Rasser, brother Allen Guinn, ex-wife and best friend/ caretaker Mary Lou Guinn, and several step siblings, cousins, and extended family.
He is preceded in death by his parents Wesley and Mary Guinn, and brother Eddie Guinn.
