Shari Mae Lively

Shari Mae Lively, age 60, of Green Forest, passed away on Friday, January 13, just one day short of her 61st birthday. She was born January 14, 1962, in Berryville, the daughter of John and Elaine Bunch Lively. She was a graduate of Green Forest High School.

Shari was a nurse throughout her career. Always a caring person, she was constantly helping other people. She was a very happy, loving woman. She loved being outdoors and going to garage sales, thrift shops and antique malls. She loved her chihuahua dogs Poco and Bones, as well as butterflies, dragonflies, and minions. She played the flute in high school band and she loved to dance.

Shari is survived by her son, Brandon Blackston and his wife Bethany and their 2 children, Jaiden and Rebecca, all of Springdale, AR. Also surviving is her stepbrother Danny Deatherage, half-brother Ty Lively, and 2 step-sisters, Sandy Arcand and Phyllis Snow.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Terry Lively, Tim Lively and Jay Lively and step-sister Debbie Braswell.

A memorial service for Shari will be held Tuesday, January 24, at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest at 11:00 AM. Online condolences can be made at smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
