Tyler S. Garska Obituary

Tyler Scott Garska, 22, of Green Forest, AR passed away November 20, 2018 in Bentonville. Tyler tragically lost his life at the hands of another. He had a light in him that will be remembered by all that knew and loved him.

Tyler was a very loving father and son. Anyone that knew him will tell you that he always had a smile and was quick to help anyone out in need. He had a love for music and often could be found hanging out with his friends, rapping his songs. Growing up you could always find him hanging with his cousins at his aunt and uncles house; there was no place that he’d rather be.

He leaves behind two children, son, Anton and daughter Genevieve, his father Jose Martinez Jr, his mother Tracy and stepfather Michael McCormick, 2 grandparents, Jose Martinez Sr and grandmother, Charlotte Garska, sisters, Naomi and Amber Garska, 17 aunts and uncles and 27 cousins, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

Tyler is preceded in death by great-grandmother, June Hopton, grandmother, Lenda Martinez, uncles Randy and John Hopton, cousin, Ryan Eli and niece Sirinity Breck.

He will be laid to rest in his hometown of Green Forest. Family and close friends will officiate at the private memorial service.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Smith Family Funeral Home of Green Forest. On line condolences may be made at www.smithfamilyfuneralhome.net.
