Wilma Sneed

Wilma “Willie” Sneed of Berryville, AR, passed on to her heavenly home on Sunday, October 3rd, 2021, at the age of 85.  She was born August 25th, 1936, in Garden City, KS, the daughter of Elmer and Isabelle Boyles Hawkins.

Willie married the love of her life, Bryce Sneed, on April, 18th 1963.  They shared a love for family and hard work.  She operated Willie’s Detail for many years and was often known as the best car detailer in Carroll County, even working into her later years in life.  She enjoyed working their cattle farm for many years.  She was thought of as a very strong, kind-hearted woman and she was known to be the heart and soul of her family. 

Willie never knew a stranger and everyone was considered family to her. She worked very hard for her family her whole life. Her strength and honesty has been passed down to her daughters and grandchildren and it will be a lasting legacy for many years to come.

Willie is survived by her husband, Bryce; 5 children, Ed Eisenhour, Thelma Spears, Steve Eisenhour, Tammy Sneed, and Donna Handley; grandchildren, Taneia Sneed, Chantae Kelley, Megan Daulton, Courtney Handley, Kelsey Purifoy; and great grandchildren, Leo Sneed, Ella Sneed, Damian Negrete, Logan Lafever, Liam Lafever, Evelyn Smith. 

She is preceded in death her parents and children Ikey Eisenhour and Tina Sneed. 

Graveside Celebration of Life service for Willie will be Thursday, October 7th at 10 AM at Blue Eye Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Spurlock officiating.  Services are under the direction of Smith Family Funeral Home of Green Forest.
