Zenobia Daniel, age 90, of Alpena, AR passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 in Springfield MO. She was surrounded by her family when she went home to be with the Lord. Zenobia was born on July 19, 1929 in Alpena, AR, daughter of Frank and Freeda (Raynor) Boren. She graduated from Alpena High School.
On December 17, 1949 she was united in marriage with Peter Daniel. They lived in Allenwood, PA for a number of years and later moved back to Alpena on the Boren family farm.
Zenobia was first and foremost a devoted wife and mother. She loved reading sewing, gardening and being a homemaker. She was a member of Alpena First Baptist Church where she enjoyed volunteering in areas needed.
She is survived by her daughters Sally Schiebel and husband Frank of Alpena, Karen Woomer and husband David of Springfield, MO, 3 grandchidren, Kristy Larangeria and husband Anthony and their children, Anthony Jackson and Joseph Paul all of Nixa, MO, Steven Schiebel and wife Shahla and their children Katherine, Sarah Amelia and Emily Marie all of Houston, TX, Peter Lewis Woomer and wife Tasha and their children Logan Stottle, Zoe, Elizabeth, Chloe, Khia and Lily.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Peter Daniel, her parents and 1 brother Bill Boren.
A private family graveside will be at Auman Cemetery with Joey Kelley officiating. Interment will follow with Services by Smith Family Funeral Home.
Celebration Of Life Service will be at Alpena First Baptist Church and will be announced later.
